Will you list my house on the MLS or actually buy it?+
We’re not agents, and we don’t list houses. We are professional home buyers: we buy houses in Jacksonville that meet our purchasing criteria. From there we may repair the house and resell it, or keep it as a rental.
Do you pay fair prices for properties?+
Many of the houses we buy are below market value — that’s how we can resell at a profit. In our experience, though, many sellers aren’t expecting a windfall; they value that we pay cash, close quickly (no waiting on financing), and require no time, effort or expense to fix up the property or pay agent fees.

How do you determine the price to offer on my house?+
Our process is straightforward. We look at the location, the repairs needed, the current condition, and recent sales of comparable houses in the area. We take all of that into account and come up with a fair price or terms that work for you and for us.
Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?+
No. There are no fees or commissions when you sell to us, and we pay the closing costs too. We make our money after we repair the house (if needed) and sell it — we take on that risk, and you walk away without the burden of the property and its payments.
How are you different from a real estate agent?+
Agents list properties and hope someone buys them, then take a percentage of the sale price — often 3–6% (on a $100,000 house that’s $3,000–$6,000). That’s a great service if you can wait and don’t mind the commission.
We’re not agents; we buy houses. Because we buy with our own cash, we can decide within a couple of days (sometimes the same day) and close on your schedule.
Is there any obligation when I submit my info?+

I can’t leave my house. How do we close?+
Where there’s a will, there’s a way. You don’t need to go to the title company — we’ll have the title company come to you and close at your house.
